Dr. Andrew J. Hanly is the Medical Director and co-founder of Global Pathology Laboratory Services.
Board Certifications:
American Board of Dermatology and American Board of Pathology. American Board of Pathology: Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
Dr. Hanly obtained the degree of Doctor of Medicine in 1991 from the University College Galway (Galway City, Ireland). He completed his internship in 1992 from the University College Galway (Galway City, Ireland), residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology from Jackson Memorial Medical Center/ University of Miami Affiliated hospitals in 1996.
Dr. Hanly has multiple research publications and abstracts to his credit (call for a complete list and\or copies). He has made several scientific paper presentations in national conferences and meetings.
His professional affiliations include American Society of Dermatology and American Society of Clinical Pathology.
Dr. Hanly also enjoys teaching medical students and residents. He had been involved in academics as an attending pathologist at the University of Miami / Jackson Memorial Hospital for many years. Dr. Hanly is actively involved in the teaching of dermatology and dermatopathology residents through out the year. His current teaching responsibilities include weekly dermatopathology residents‚ a weekly review conference (Department of Dermatology, University of Miami School of Medicine). Dr. Hanly is also actively involved in the teaching of dermatology and dermatopathology residents nationwide who spend time at Global Pathology Laboratory.
