Dr. Evangelos G. Poulos is the President of Global Pathology.

Board Certifications:
American Board of Dermatology and American Board of Pathology. American Board of Pathology: Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.

Dr. Poulos obtained the degree of Doctor of Medicine in 1976 from the University of Miami School of Medicine (Miami, Florida). He completed his internship in 1977 and residency in pathology from Jackson Memorial Medical Center/ University of Miami Affiliated hospitals in 1980. He also has multiple research publications to his credit (call for a complete list and\or copies).

Dr. Poulos was the President of American Laboratory Associates, Inc. (Fort Lauderdale, Florida) from 1982-2000. Membership organizations include South Florida Society of Pathology, Florida Society of Pathology, Broward County Medical Association, Florida Medical Association, American Medical Association and American Society of Dermatopathology. He is presently appointed as Associate Professor of Pathology at Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine (Davie, Florida) and Assistant Professor of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery, University of Miami (Miami, FL).

Dr. Poulos has a remarkable passion for teaching students, residents and dermatologists. His current teaching responsibilities include weekly dermatopathology residents‚ a weekly review conference (Department of Dermatology, University of Miami School of Medicine) and dermatopathology review conference Department of Dermatology (Nova Southeastern University) and (Suncoast Hospital, Largo, Florida). Dr. Poulos is actively involved in the teaching of dermatology and dermatopathology residents nationwide who spend time at Global Pathology Laboratory.
